If they get 160,000 expect UK basketball to play Hoosiers at IMS (seating 250,000)

I'm sure Alabama fans would feel the same way if their team was playing in this instead, right?

The Battlefields are where they're adding additional seating on the track. They've recently announced the infield buildings will serve as locker rooms for each team.

That Colossus jumbotron.... I don't know, but I feel like that's a massive tragedy waiting to happen. The support towers in that pic look like toothpicks.

Not gonna lie... that thought crossed my mind too.

Although it should be up well before the game kicks off. So if something were to happen there, I doubt it would be during the game itself. Obviously it needs to be secured extremely well, which is complicated with no roof to work with.

Vols will polly kill vt. You may have a crappy view in the stadium but it will be a sight to see. I've been to a few races bristol is a fun place if they can get the type of setup for the race were they make a weekend out of it campsites and tailgating should be a epic weekend with a OK game

So the infield is concrete right now? Are they going to just put down sod on concrete?
