Tennessee fans on Finebaum...

All of a sudden App State is an SEC caliber team. Tennessee played a terrible game and still beat a really good team. App State was ranked ahead of 6 SEC schools...
Sounds like Tennessee fans are all of a sudden repeating what we tried to tell them.
The truth is, whether or not Tennessee was ready for the game, their offense was a joke. App State was beating double teams, shutting receivers down, bringing Hurd down like he was a scrub.
If y'all think Butch Jones is the man, I feel sorry for you.

VOLS played a terrible football game last night and were lucky to beat a decent little football team.
VOLS are not well coached but return every significant piece from a 9 win team that should have won 11 with competent game management last season.
We will know a lot more after next week.

Gotta admit, it was pretty wild seeing them just getting pushed around by those boys from Boone. Too bad Tennessee had luck only matched by Auburn with that fumble for a score.

Decent little team? Did you watch the same game I did? Its not that they played bad they literally got punched in the mouth for 4 quarters and couldnt handle Apps defense.

Yeah, they were a cute little team that played above their heads. Good team win for the VOLS to get this season off to a good start.
