Clearly he is. His 2009 recruiting class is paying big dividends. His 2009 team was a whole one game better( or one game worse, if you count postgame handshakes) than Dooley in 2010 despite having a senior-laden team.

I was being nice. But really, I think you guys will be alright. The last couple of years with Fulmer, then Kiffin really hurt the Vols. I figure Dooley will get 2 more years to turn it around and even if he doesn't I think he leaves the program in good shape.
