This is a statement game for Carolina

It's atonement for what happened in Knoxville a month ago. This team needed a healthy asskicking. They've tended to play to the level of competition all season.

I missed most of first half. Just saw Notice get hot at end and Carrera get hot in 2nd.

I just want to point out that SC had 49 at the end of the 1st half. Before that 3 UT had 50 points with about 2:30 left.

Only Frank could be up by 30 points...and still look pissed off on the bench.

Yes - in a striking act of poetic justice, it's Tennessee that got raped on the road.....

It should'a could'a been worse. From my vantage point Frank was taking it easy on Barnes down the stretch ... and they looked like hugging buddies before and after the game.

We sat right across from our bench tonight and they were definitely paling around ... I guess it goes back to their B12 days maybe?

I think Frank talked about that in his last UTK press conference. He has a lot of respect for Barnes and is glad he's in the conference. He mentioned what a coup it was for SEC basketball that Barnes was here.

I'm just glad that sloppy play demon was exorcised. The game in Starkville looms large...
