If the Drae Bowles stuff is true, Tennessee deserves to lose this game and every game, in all sports. As a lifelong UT fan, it's disturbing if what has been said is true. I'll always side with helping people in need of help rather than ignoring it or covering it up for personal gain over a game. I myself have been guilty of taking SEC football too seriously but never would I put it above the well being of what appears to be a victim in need of help. I definitely wouldn't punish someone or assault someone for helping a victim even if it hurt the Vols. Sometimes there are more important things than a game.

Bowles was also punched in the mouth and bloodied by teammate Curt Maggitt as retribution for helping the woman, Bowles said in the sworn affidavit filed in federal court. He also said he was confronted by teammates Geraldo Orta and Marlin Lane the following day.

Yeah, that stuff hit the fan around 6/drive time here. If it's true, and there's an affidavit from Bowles that says it is, then UTK is more of a pirate ship than most of us realized.

After Quonzo played boring ball for years and Tyndall got canned after when USM stuff came up. In Barnes first year, the roster is bad. UT basketball has died since Pearl was let go.
