I miss the days of old when we didn't have all these new assholes in the SEC. I didn't want them when they joined & don't want them or their money now.

Boosters and Athletes cant be punished

The school is not in violation of anything. Spyre is not a booster, is not affiliated with the school. The school nor Spyre, nor the athlete, nor any booster violated any significant rules. Ergo no viable punishment is warranted.

Take the L and leave the mental gymnastics to other threads.

I’m thinking you don’t know the definition of parity. What about this ruling makes anything “equal”? Yeah, yall get to keep that QB, but if you think that Bama, UGA, TX won’t outbid you on the next round of recruits, you are STOOPID.

The only reason UGA or Bama “outbid” Tennessee was a lack of parity in enforcing the NCAA rules. When Bama was openly using NIL to pay players (suitgate, car dealerships, etc) nothing was done.

And when you say keep that QB are you referring to Nico or MacIntyre? Because UGA put together a substantial(multimillion dollar) NIL offer for him but failed to get him.

Why wouldn’t I? If it was jsut one player fine, but we have multiple players from different eras saying the same exact thing.

Pat White- QB West Virginia claims he was offered a corvette to comitt to Bama.

Albert Means- FBI investigated his recruitment and it was found he was paid at least $200K and his high school coaches actually met with Boosters in memoirs during this time.

2018- O'Neal was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2018 and chose Texas A &M over Alabama.
He said that every Crimson Tide football player received a Dodge Charger upon their commitment

2000- (pre Saban)- Antonio Cromartie, a former
FSU star, says Alabama offered him $60K to help it in recruiting while on probation

Every player not lying like you would want me and everyone else to believe.

Like I said, you are a dumbass.

Albert means wasn't investigated, Logan Young was for his business dealings. He went to prison for it. Albert Means never saw a penny, it was his head coaches shopping him. He wasn't even aware it was going on.

The idea that you can buy someone's recruitment with a car is in itself funny. It's not the 1980s, for the past 20+ years they've been giving out loans like candy in a Christmas parade. Any recruit can easily get a car. Dodge Chargers are popular used cars, and that's what the players at Alabama always had, used cars.

Cam Newton went for $200k, but Alabama is out here buying up premium recruits with a car they can get a loan for at any school?

Citing things from 30 years ago just proves how weak your argument is. Just because it was the last time Tennessee was relevant doesn't mean it's recent.

Johnny Manzel said in an interview what Alabama and LSU had bag Men. There’s not one university that hasn’t cheated in recruiting.

He said every university that is trying to compete for a national championship has bag men. He just mentioned LSU and Alabama as two examples. And anyone who believes otherwise is foolish.

And the only reason you believe him is because you like what he says, not because he has any credibility.

The fact of the matter is Manziel was a 3 star recruit who didn't get any interest at all from LSU, Alabama or basically anyone outside of Oregon and A&M.

The only bagman he knows is his drug dealer.

Oh, is that a sore spot? Everyone knows that Nick Saban gave away, Dodge chargers and Challenger to players. It’s not too far from having a bag man neither.

Oklahoma football coach, Bud Wilkerson. He got OU football placed on major NCAA probation twice in a five-year span (1955 and 1960) for illegally paying players out of a $125,000 slush fund for a decade and a half after World War II ended.

Speaking of private jets, even Watson Brown went on record saying Alabama flew him out 4-5 times on private jets during his recruitment in the 60s.

They've been doing it for decades.

Now they're pissed that everyone else can do it.

Fk them. Their decline is going to be fun to watch.

Yeah, it really sucked winning 6 national championships over a 16 year period while watching people like you melt and claim every year it was over.

The fact that you think getting a Dodge Charger is some big deal that can lure in the top recruits in the country lets me know you are a total loser. Because that $400 a month is just too hard to come up with and no way anyone would pass up that sweet deal.

You believe what you want to believe because you can't handle the reality. I'm sure some things go on, but you don't even come close. You just say stupid shite.

Basically you are claiming Tennessee is such a shitty school, that they couldn't overcome a Dodge Charger in what they offered a recruit over Alabama. And yet, at the same time you believe it's all over now, suddenly Alabama won't be able to give recruits Dodge Chargers anymore.

You're a fricking idiot.
