We have no idea about our line. We haven't been challenged by anybody that can let us know for sure. We will have all of those questions answered after Sat. Oh and everyone is healthy including Tobias Smith who is a very important piece of our Oline.

The interior is very good. Our center is First Team All Tattoo American.

We don't give up any sacks, but that's prob because we haven't played anyone.

Zero so far.

Big change from last season, when we lost our third starter in the first half against LSU in week 3...

Our interior is tremendous when Tobias Smith is in. LG Gabe Jackson is shooting up draft boards as a redshirt JR and made a bunch of midseason AA teams. If he stays for next season, he could push into/very near the first round as an OG(projects as #1 OG for 2014 draft). Tobias Smith is our most talented runblocker(and it isn't close). He is a 5th yr senior with early round NFL talent, but has been hurt for 4 of his 5 years in Starkville(will get a 6th yr most likely). Since he's made of glass, we have only played him on important drives in the Tennessee and Auburn games so far. He was out in the 3rd quarter against Tennessee game when our offense sputtered and they made their run. When he went back in, we started marching down the field again. Siddoway at RT has been very solid, but not spectacular. The weakest spot is Clausell at LT, and even as such, he is improving weekly, and is greatly improved over last season. He's serviceable at this point. Only a rsSO, so he will be good before he leaves.

Combined starts?

Gabe Jackson - about 30
Tobias Smith - 7 or 8
Blaine Clausell - about 15
Charles Siddoway(Juco transfer) - 7
Dillon Day - about 18

Overall, the position was the weakness of our team last year. This year it isn't. Was obvious that it was much improved when Lemonier was a nonfactor in week 2...

LT: Blaine Clausell - SO 6-7 305
LG: Gabe Jackson - JR 6-4 320
C: Dillon Day - SO 6-4 300
RG: Tobias Smith - SR 6-3 305
RT: Charles Siddoway - JR 6-7 300

Justin Malone (RFr 6-7 315) sees some time at RG. Smith is ready and healthy and I expect him to see a lot of snaps come Saturday.

Our interior is pretty solid. I know Jackson and Day have graded out 'champion' in every game so far this year. Our tackles have been developing well but it will be a real test seeing how the entire line does when tested against Bama.

I've been joking all week about Jesse Williams and Dillon Day going up against each other because they both have so many tattoos.

Tobias Smith
He is unreal when he plays, he has suffered 3 different season ending injuries in his career and we only play him in SEC games so far. He was the SEC Olineman of the week against Tenn. he had 12 pancakes and only played 3 qtrs. The team scored every drive he was in the game and in the quarter he missed we went 3 and out everytime. He's that good.

They have a lot of experience playing together for the most part, last year when starters went down they had to step up and learn to play the starter role. They are very physical and as you can see from Perk's rushing yards as well as TR being sacked only 6 times they generally do their part. I think they are a very good group and we return them all next year. The one that will stand out is Tobias Smith, he is one of the best I have seen in all honesty with his only weak spot being his injuries. Clausell has to step up and play well, Bama will focus on testing him as he has made some mistakes throughout the year that have undoubtably been seen on film. The rest will play solid, sound football without question.
