They are very concerned. As any parent would be, but they are a strong family.

I suffered a similar concussion when I was a teenager. I threw up for a week. It took weeks for me to start to feel normal again. The back of your brain is the area that manages your digestion. Consussions there really take an effect of you. To this day, I have digestive issues.

Hope he is OK

Which is to his credit and to the credit of any player who really wants to play for their team.

HOWEVER, it's the coaches responsibility to take EVERYTHING into account ... young men, even really smart ones like Tebow, don't always think about the "later" ... it's the HERE & NOW & I-want-to-win mentality (which is ok) that they're thinking ... not about long-term effects.

I have no opinion on what the decision should be ... I just hope that EVERYTHING is taken into account ... I would hate to see anyone hurt to the point of not being able to play ever again. Life is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> than playing in a football game. Period.

Uh yeah he should have left UP 31-0 with a fricking concussion and the FLU! He probably should have never been in to begin with!

no one has officially said he had the flu or a previous concussion....stop assuming things

this is college football and he should still be in during the 3rd quarter...especially if the coach is not comfortable with our passing game

Yeah, Tim and Coach are close and I am sure he talked coach into letting him play to begin with and later.

Yep ... remember it very well. You can't second guess but geez ... up by what ... 30 or so on KENTUCKY??? Give the next guy a chance to work with the offense ... were they trying to improve numbers for the Heisman? I just know that it sucks I'm sure to be Tim Tebow right now.

GP who seems to be in the know is saying this! Look back at he previous posts, but if he did not have the flu or a concussion last week then of course he should have been in there...

I know it sounds like 20/20, but I never could understand why he keeps Tebow in so long. Last week in the TN game, on the very last possession, Tebow was in. Like a minuite left and TN was down by 2 scores. I know it was TN, and what Florida wanted to do, but I would rather pull him and continue on with the pursuit of the NT.

Ok, just saw the replay of the hit. No way he's ready for LSU, especially if the stories of his prior concussion are true.

Apoligize if I am replying to the wring party, however this is someones child and I just wish to say that I hope he is ok and plays against us in two weeks. The victory would be hollow without him, and if he were your child you would be praying for his recovery. LSU is capable of winning against anyone if we want it bad enough. It is up to us. If Tebow was ours we would be very concerned!! I hope he recovers quickly and we whip their asses!! God bless Tebow and the Tigers!

I just saw the hit for the first time, and all I got to say is DAMN! That was a serious f'n hit. I hope he's okay, and I hope he fully recovers.

But I hope the doctors make him take 2 weeks off.
