We'll lose to Bama or LSU. We have the talent to compete with and beat them but not the depth to beat BOTH IMO. Our lack of depth and talent at a couple select positions means we need a great game plus a bit of luck and it's hard to get that in two seperate games against great programs.
My opinion is that we lose to Bama in the revenge frick game then pull off a great win on the road in Baton Rouge. The Ole Miss game might end up being the swing game difference between title contender/BCS bowl and another second tier bowl.

We won't lose to Alabama that early in the season. All offseason to prepare for their weak offensive line? They won't score double digits. Sumlin has already proven he can outcoach Saban. It will be even easier with more time to prepare.

If by coaching you mean letting the heisman winner run around and chuck it, then yes, it was a hell of a coaching job.

LSU and Alabama have won titles. A&M's biggest claim to fame in the last 20 years is going to the Cotton Bowl.
