The Ags and Manziel deserved all the accolades for last year, they earned them.

They haven't earned them this year. Let's see how it goes.

Barring all the missed field goals and shite, A&M fans don't take into account that Alabama came back from a TWENTY point deficit and closed it to 3 in 2 quarters. You think a team that is fully prepared for chaos control as much as possible will be as shell shocked as they were last year? This game will not be an A&M win. I personally guarantee that.

And other than Saban/Smart, there probably isn't a HC/DC combo in the SEC that could hold a candle to Bob/Mike Stoops. Ask them how a month's worth of planning (with a full year's worth of film) worked out...

Ummmmm, you do realize that Oklahoma was blown out at home by a sorry arse Notre Dame team???

OU was not that good last year.

He can play and will thrash people this year too (assuming he is eligible). You don't think Choklahoma new about him before the bowl game? Maybe early he surprised some folks but if you remember that LSU and FL defense completely shut him down. After the first two drives, he was a non factor against LSU. I think he rushed for 27 yards in that game and was lucky he got that many.

Even if you knew that JFF was incredible before the season last year, you can't do shite about his play extending ability that he showed last year. The same will go for this year too, if he is able to extend plays like he did last year you just can't do shite against it.

Wrong. LSU shut JM the frick down

With the RB corps we have lining up this year, defenses are quite possibly going to be even more lost than last year. And other than Saban/Smart, there probably isn't a HC/DC combo in the SEC that could hold a candle to Bob/Mike Stoops. When was LSU ever Lost? We big boy'd your team. You see LSU defense is predicated on speed.

Not sure why so many SEC fans think their team will shut down A&M based solely on the fact that "we have film on him now" or " we didn't see him coming last year". To me , this line of thinking just sounds foolish.

There are many great SEC DC's, head coaches and assistants that schemed and watched film on Manziel last year. Did they just take the week off before playing A&M. Perhaps they refuse to watch sports enter or read the papers or listen to any media and they never heard about Manziel prior to playing him . He just snuck up on them.

I don't know how A&M will do this year ,but I bet that teams will game plan to stop him from running on them and being disciplined on defense just like last year.

Lets be real here. Bama was outplayed in that game. A&M punted maybe 3 times all game. Had A&m not missed chip shot fgs( not like Bama kicking 40+ yard fgs on 11/5) the game is out of reach.

Manziel may very well run all over the sec but that shite will not work against LSU.

In Bama's defense and to the point of what we were doing the week before we played A&M ,we were in a damned cage match with LSU on the road.

Which probably contributed somewhat to the horrible start we got.

It certainly would have been more difficult to come back but I don't know about out of reach.

Texas A&M's win was called Lightning In A Bottle for a reason, it's not happening again

One punt was due to the most ludicrous offensive pass interference call I have ever seen, and another was on the last series after the INT. Bama legitimately forced A&M to punt once the entire game. Put that in perspective.
