So an old fat drunk golfer doesn't like a fat coach.
Is this thread worthy because you feel blessed you met an old fat drunk golfer?

Sorry but does winning 2 majors automatically make you an expert in terms of college football?

Jon daly is a cool pos.

The kind of guy you like to hang around and chill out with. But not one whose opinion you take seriously because you know half of what he says is bullshite or just completely irrational, because he is DUMB.

Sounds like he was drunk and was looking for a way for his opinion to get the most attention. Some people do this sub-conciously.

I wouldn't take a single word John Daly says for good analysis considering his pre round warmup starts with a cig and a snickers bar then a trip to the range where he fires off 5 tee shots heads to the green puts 3 puts and then he's ready for the round.

Isn't that about how Bert prepares for gameday? Cigarette, snickers bar, slaps on a hog hat and walks to the sidelines? Or does he ride one of those scooters from Wal Mart?

The guy is a freakin legend. He changed the game of golf with his long drive. He had a gallery of people just watching him on the range yesterday. And like someone said he has 2 major championships. I was just shocked to hear him dog out BB like he did though.

I think most of the people in Arkansas kinda' do the feel sorry thing for John Daly. Anyone who would take anything he says seriously needs a role model in the worst way.
I got no problems with Brett right now but he better figure out how to win these close games quickly or my opinion will start to change.

I have a John Daly Story:

A few years back John Daly was playing Tiger Woods in one of those head to head Night Time Golf Tournaments out in New Mexico or Arizona. Tiger won the tournament, but he and John were making side bets (loudest fart on the downswing, closest drive to the tree without actually hitting it, closest putt to the cup without holing it out, etc.) and when they finished, John had won $2,000,000 of Tiger's money. Then as he travels back to Arkansas he decides to make a side trip to the Silver Star (Indian) Casino in Philadelphia, MS for some Blackjack.

I have a friend who deals high stakes Blackjack at the Star and he was John's dealer for two days. After two days, John had lost the $2,000,000.

He says that he had dealt to John before that trip and has dealt to him on visits since. He says that

1 - John is a heavy drinker (duh)
2 - loves blackjack (duh)

and

3 - is a very nice guy, who tips nice.

4 - He says that John has lost a ton of money over the years at the Silver Star.

Bert probably doesn't want JD around the football program, very bad role model.
