What do you think about a volunteer head coach who Sanduskys his players and when they are going to report him he punches them and the university covers it up?

Exactly. I see this as a non-story. If UT gets in trouble for that then our world is truly on the edge of destruction. Remember, this isn't a criminal investigation, and that anyone can basically file a civil lawsuit for anything. It's the American civil legal system that's the problem.

Exactly. Anyone can claim that someone did something, but if it's investigated and there doesn't seem to be anything to it, then the claim has no credibility and the issue should be dropped, not repeatedly rehashed like Wadhwani is doing.
