Whatever it is it's worth paying it to be rid of him if I'm an A&M money man.

Surely they've saved some of those watering hole pics.

Give it a week then catch him violating his moral clause.

Damn. 15M is a pretty hefty price to pay to make a guy go away. Even for A&M

Should fire him and whoever gave him such an undeserved contract in the first place.

So basically 15 million if fired tonight?

A quick google found an article that said if he was fired last year, he would need to be paid $15 million in 60 days. Assuming a continuation of that, he'd have to get his remaining salary (a little less than $15 million) in 60 days if fired.

But Miles buyout of 12.9 million is to be paid out over 6 years with an offset for other salary he earns (at least coaching salary but I have seen some reports than ANY salary is offset).

That's my hope for you.

BTW, is there a clause that would get Chavis fired without him taking you to court, like an all-he-could-eat clause or would just general suckitude do it?

The remainder of his contract within 60 days. Thanks Jim Wilson you fricking piece of shite.

His contract pays him the equivalent of $13,698.63/day.

Right now, if he's fired tonight, he would be owed $11,630.163.97 before the Auburn game.

Chavis is owed nothing after LSU pushes his shite in.

He got by with mediocre coaching, but was lucky to have Johnny Football for 2 years...

I'm pretty sure Chavis contract was also fully guaranteed (unless there is some sort of breach) and he was due to be paid 1.6 million this year (final year of deal).
