I like sumlin but lets face it, hes a 500 coach without JFF

la tech, at bama, duke, at ole miss

that's 4 L's off the top of my head that manziel won by himself

they can always add another plaque out front saying they won the SEC west

Small blip. Sumlin can now recruit whoever he wants. He was a little under the gun in the beginning but A&M is in charge of Texas at this point.

Pretty much this. We took some guys we shouldn't have bc we needed immediate help.

Sumlin may very well be the worst investment in SEC history. The dude had the best player in the past 10 years, and somehow they convinced him he was worth over half a million a game.

Lets face it take away star players from any team they won't be nearly as good. The only thing Johnny did was make the winning come sooner. We are loaded as several positions on O. The defense may not be there just yet, but we pulled in the #1 defender last year and are poised to bring in 3 5* defenders this year.

Just saw that cfl piece on Sumlin. Even said their chancellor threw a BBQ with local cops to introduce them to the players...Nice work! Now CFL has moved on to Richt and his ex thugs going to Petrino.

Andre Ware will always be pissed about the Aggie linebacker, Aaron Wallace, who damn near decapitated him.

Even if he were to fail, hes gonna leave the next coach a shitload of talent. Given our situation when he arrived, the dude can recruit his arse off.

Sealed by a blocked PAT return and an onside kick recovery (A&M was up 15 points with 2 minutes left and the defense failed completely)

Sealed by an interception in the end zone and a great special teams play (Taylor Bertolet makes his PATs and it's 31-24 on Alabama's final drive)

Sealed by a pick 6, then another interception on the following drive.

The first game was sealed by an interception. 7 points came off a pick 6.

That may very well have been one of the greatest single defensive performances in history. Ware won the Heisman that year and Houston was averaging 57 points and 630 yards per game. The week before that game they put up 76 points and the week after 95 points.

We held them to 13 points, 290 yards and sacked Ware 9 times. frick I want the Wrecking Crew back
