Florida has been to a bowl game every year since I was born. Now I'm probably going to die thanks to Will Muschamp

Urban Meyer didn't have an issue taking the UF job after we fired Zook after "only three years." And Zook was more successful than Muschamp.

Who would we hire? I don't know. Gundy was interested in UT last season, so he might be available.

I would like to see something about three straight losses to Georgia in that list somewhere. Thanks in advance.

Done.

Everyone please feel free to mention any other records/streaks/interesting stats that I may have missed.

I suspect he will announce his resignation after next weeks game.

When FSU hangs a 70 spot on us next week, it'll be hard for Foley to not make a move.

He throws away $8 million if he does that. He will get fired or he will be retained, but he will not resign... unless he is really dumb.

Given that UF basically gave him the finger by not hiring Strong when they hired Muschamp, I don't think so.

Well he admitted he was dumb when the media asked what happened to his hand. His response, "punched the chalkboard. Dumb."

You're the only person I've seen on any message board defending him.

Oh, he's done a lousy job of picking his OCs and I think he probably meddles in the offensive scheming more than he should because it's obviously a train wreck. But if you let him go now, that's two HCs that Foley has hired, and fired within three years.

If I was interested in a HC position, that stat would cause me some concern.

Seriously, who do you think would take that job if Foley fires Muschamp after only three years?

Well he fired Zook in year three and then stole Meyer from Notre Dame.

One of the UF beat writers was discussing this on Finebaum last week mentioned Meyer was very concerned about it and had some serious questions about it when he interviewed with Foley. I guess Foley did a good enough job explaining it to get him to take the job though.

Strong was already at Louisville and didn't want the job at the time.

Pat Dooley or some other UF mouthpiece stated after the Vandy game that Urban wanted an explanation from Foley about Zook's termination as he did have reservations about taking a job where there could be a quick hook.

So I guess Foley could explain to Gundy, "As long as you don't lose to an FCS team in year three, your job should be safe."

He needs more time, you don't want to go down the path blazed by Tennessee.
