OMG! He has to pay back money for property he destroyed! It's a travesty. I suppose we should just let it slide, eat all the costs, and let him carry on buying cases of Keystone and Bama merchandise.
Y'all could spend more money taking him back to court I guess?

That wrinkled up old turnip has no blood to give. May as well send him back to jail and let the taxpayers pay for 3 hots and a cot.

And y'all make fun of Alabama fans for caring too much about football.

When was the last time you saw an Alabama fan wish for homelessness and poverty on an Auburn fan?

When is the last time an Auburn fan was as big of a pos as Harvey Updyke?

Well no shite I'd flip out.

But I wouldn't melt five years after the fact.

My beef is with the Auburn fans who looooooove to look down on Gumps because they "care too much about a football game," yet they wish homelessness on some dude because he killed the trees they chunk toilet paper into after a football game win or Bear Bryant's death.

Regardless, we aren't talking about Ole Miss, pal. We're talking about trees, man. Trees.

So? We're not asking for the death penalty. We just want to see a white trash loser get what is coming to him. Not sure why that offends you so much.

I don't know. I'm sure an Auburn fan has committed a violent crime since this guy poisoned a tree.

Why do you people praise that redneck frick so much? Oh yeah, its because just like him, many of you bammers have no connection to the University. It's so funny to me that he is still allowed in to BDS, and you frickers pose pictures with him and shite like he's some type of martyr. If he died the world would instantly become a better place. It shows what type of dumb frick fan base Bama has.

Sure about that?

Your campus was used as a training ground for the Confederate army.

quote:

Classes were held in "Old Main" until the college was closed due to the war, when most of the students and faculty left to enlist. The campus was used as a training ground for the Confederate Army, and "Old Main" served as a hospital for Confederate wounded.

To commemorate Auburn's contribution to the Civil War, a cannon lathe used for the manufacture of cannons for the Confederate Army and recovered from Selma, Alabama, was presented to Auburn in 1952 by brothers of Delta Chapter of the Alpha Phi Omega fraternity. It sits today on the lawn next to Samford Hall.

It's probably only a small amount of misfortune that has to befell Mr. Updyke in order for him to become homeless.

Harvey says he was inspired to become a member of the bammer nation back during the Bear years, so he's hardly a bandwagon fan.

I thought y'all loved all your imbecilic sidewalkers. I guess that was all just cheap talk.

so Updyke is in contempt of a court order....I fail to see how this equates to Auburn fans being mad about the Iron Bowl. Generally these payments are made through the state and then paid out to the other party. If Updyke isn't paying on time, the state files a motion for contempt, not Auburn

So you legitimately hope a guy, who did absolutely nothing to you on a personal level, becomes destitute and is forced into homelessness?
