Got to love the bama fans rallying cry

Having this much animus towards a clearly mentally ill

Is the mental illness being a Bama fan?

Honestly, feeling so strongly about a tree is pretty bizarre and pathetic.

If someone destroyed your property that was worth a large sum of money to repair and basically said frick you to this day about it, would you hold any animosity?

Damn, that's a lot of money for 2 trees that were dying anyway. Pretty nifty of you guys to get Updyke to pay for their removal.

He dumped a shite ton of poison in that area and destroyed more than just the trees. It wasn't cheap to get that area useable again.

Big corrupt university picking on some poor, troubled simpleton and trying to destroy him and his family's lives. Auburn should be ashamed of themselves.

I, for one, am glad to see all you other poor, troubled simpletons standing up for your soulmate Harvey.

Loyalty to your cult, however twisted and perverted, is still somewhat admirable.

Remember when Nick Saban helped out after that tornado ripped through Tuscaloosa a few years back ?

Well, not many people know this, but he also helped out in Auburn after the Toomer Tree's Tragedy.

Nick's a helluva a man. Gotta respect that !
