Desperate for SEC football. Probably too desperate.

Let's get the SEC Sweep started!

Does State win by 11 against 6-6 Miami Ohio team?

Where the hell are you seeing 11

I see no less than 14.5 being dealt all over the place

Miami Ohio's QB has gone 6-0 (he was hurt the first 6 games), so if the MSU team that lost to South Alabama or even UK and BYU shows up, probably not. If the MSU team that beat Texas A&M and Ole Miss shows up, then definitely.

I think we will. We know we were given a gift to make a bowl this year and should take Miami Ohio seriously because they have won 6 in a row. Mullen has to know the importance of winning for momentum into next year. About the only bowl we didn't seem to take seriously was the Music City Bowl against Wake Forest (we won anyway). We played hard in the Gator Bowl and Orange Bowl losses, we were simply beaten by good teams (and we had defensive coordinator problems).

Yeah you're right. Was thinking it was 11 but the consensus on VegasInsider is more in line with what you say. So, that just guarantees the win even more so, right? ;-)

Merry Christmas.

I can tell you why it might have dropped, we are going to be without some starters for that game. Had a few recent injuries and AJ Jefferson will also not play as he's played all year with nagging injuries and coaches told him its best to not play and heal up for NFL draft.

They win easily. Have looked great to end the season and have to want to keep momentum going into next year. This isn't a team that's losing many to the draft or has played down to competition to end the year.

It is a piece of shite bowl but considering that State started rough and gained late momentum they are probably motivated to make a statement and build confidence going into next season.

State 41-27

I'm about to go to the game it's only 45 minutes from the house. I don't have a ticket but I'll just get one when I get there.

Such a miss match. Who though a bottom tier MAC team with no 3 star players would make for a quality game against a power 5 team? If State wins by less than 21 no bragging allowed
