No Flame. Serious question. Have any of you heard a rumor about up to 10 baseball players leaving the program? This was mentioned to me by a State fan FYI

heard about it but haven't read any of the threads on bulldog sites so i don't know too much about it

Have not. I have heard in rumor form that some of the Polk recruits and Cohen recruits just don't see eye to eye (read: intra-team dissension)

I have heard that 4 or 5 may be transferring it all depends on if Cohen fires pitching coach Butch Thompson or not. Most of the players really love Thompson and hate Cohen.

Friend of mine attended the MSU camp last year. He said Cohen was a raging prick during camp for whatever reason. He's a DAMNED good ballplayer from the Jackson area and is likely going to UGA. He really liked their camp for whatever reason.

I keep up with MS HS baseball pretty good, and I have never heard of any kid from the Jackson area that isnt committed yet that is being offered by Georgia he must be going to walk on.
The guy probably liked the camp b/c its run by Thompson, Burroughs, and Migneone (the ast coaches)

State signed a kid I know, Ct Bradford, his dad played in the early 80s at State. The kid is a badass, State got em a good one. He's a class act and busts his arse. Should be a great player for the bulldogs for several years. I just hope Cohen doesn't run him off too. Oh wait, yeah I do. Send him our way.

Cohen has never had this problem at other schools. Never really had anybody transfer and never taken more than three years to turn a program around. Everyone seems to really think that the older Polk recruits are instigating all of this. He is definitely intense and will chew your arse out.
