Alright, because I'm a nice guy, I didn't do "state vs state" because we already know Mississippi is poor, fat, stupid, and broke.
I did, however, compare the schools of Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Missouri in the Big 3 sports. For you slow Mississippians:
Green = Best
Yellow = 2nd Best
Red = Worst
I don't know about you folks, but Missouri looks best to me.

At best they all look rather even. Especially with how magnificent you are saying Missouri is. Which to everyone reading this is hilarious. I mean we know what Mississippi is. Missouri is best at 15 of those categories, second best at 7 of those categories, and worst at 1 of them.
Mississippi State is best at 5 of those categories, second best at 11 of those categories, and worst at 7 of them.
Ole Miss is best at 3 of those categories, second best at 5 of those categories, and worst at 15 of them.
It's pretty obvious that in the big 3 sports historically it's:
1. Missouri
2. Mississippi State
3. Ole Miss

It's a common misconception that they are some kind of force to be dealt with. I mean if you say it enough times that makes it true, right? The fact of the matter is that they are the second smallest school in the SEC and State has experienced much more success since expansion in 91 than OM has. State is the largest school in the state and quite frankly no one in the state of Mississippi wants to go to OM. They have to recruit the slums of Atlanta, Memphis and Dallas to provide enough drug dealers to supply their football team.

I thought the Missouri football team was on strike? How in Hell does a team go on strike? I guess it's the same as LSU not taking the NIT invite.

Ole Miss has never finished #1 in the AP or UPI (coaches) poll
Just because Better Homes and Gardens awarded them the title in 1963 doesn't mean anything. The NCAA will let schools claim things from 50 years ago- no sweat off their back. There used to be different national champions every year because nothing was on TV. An OM reporter sent a telegraph message back in 1963 and claimed a Natty. Woohoo
