Auburn has better players than Mississippi State and they're playing at home. Seems reasonable.
I think the consensus is that Malzahn probably hasn't forgotten this much about football. For whatever reason, probably Jeremy Johnson, Auburn has looked terrible since week 1. But if they can gather any kind of consistency and stop throwing the ball backwards that they'll eventually look decent enough to win a few SEC games.

I took state with the points. Seems like a no brainer but I e get getting raped in my pick em pool so auburn will probably decide to not suck.

No doubt it seems like a trap but Auburn really is terrible. State will murder them with the read option especially with Dak at QB.

But their defense has looked just as bad, especially against running QB's, which MSU has. This game screams a similar score to last week's LSU/AU game.

If White is a competent passer, he will have plenty of opportunities against State. If Auburn shows some pride and stops the run as well, they'll win at home.

The only thing I can see is that its at Auburn.
I'd still wager a good amount on State because Auburn has trouble with running QBs. Plus Dak can eat up a defense with short throws if then running game isn't going well.
I knew the lined opened up with Auburn a favorite. But I'm surprised it's stayed that way.
