I've tried to explain this multiple times. Our attorneys in Birmingham get the NCAA letters sent to them directly. They are not subject to FOIA requests. The official letter is not in the University's possession.
This is another example of someone spouting shite off as fact and not have a clue what the frick they're talking about.
And then there are idiots who try to argue against this but neglect to ask themselves "if they're in violation of FOIA requests, then why aren't they being taken to court?" You idiots kept spouting this shite after the first NOA and then laughed when I told you what was going on.
once again....The attorney's office that holds the NOA isn't subject to FOIA requests.

Miami self imposed a 2 year bowl ban you fricking retard. The money amount is not what the NCAA is trying to prove. They are trying to prove that you have a system in place of non compliance. They have you dead to rights with coaches being in contact with boosters to set up payments on top of academic fraud and the most level 1 violations in the history of the NCAA. That's just what they can prove. After they got egg on their face from Penn State and Miami, the NCAA did a complete overhaul and only includes things in NOAs that they are very confident will hold up. They have a near 90% success rate on charges being upheld since that overhaul happened. They wanted to prove that your school is a systematic cheater and they did that.
