Confused as to why Hugh Freeze is in that Butch .gif. If I recall correctly, their head to head matchup went 34-3 in Hugh's favor as Ole Miss held Tennessee to 0 total rushing yards.

My memory may be fuzzy. UT fans are easy though.

Ho hum.....same ole crap....get back with me after you play us in the Swamp this year...you hillbillies will disappear like every year when we stamp that L on you. The board will not see much of that puke orange afterwards....the Orkin man shows up and you'll scurry like cockroaches. Do something first...then talk....we know the excuses...we have a whole book full of em but we still put that L on you in Knoxvegas last year with poor team.

Because despite the beat down they gave us in a rebuilding year, one of the few times they have ever defeated us since the Civil Rights era, Freeze has shown he can't hang with Butch in recruiting. It's perplexing to Ole Miss fans and it makes them uneasy.

In before 34-3. Print the shirts.

The gif also implies that both Spurrier and Butch are rather gay as much as they seemed to enjoy it.

the only thing I respect less than Spurrier is someone who tells someone else to "kill yourself."

Looks like Spurrier caught his limit with that bait ITT alone.

Dude never goes fishing without catching a cooler full.

Give Spurrier these numbers and let him know this is why one fanbase is and should be happy with 7-6 and one should not.

Looks like SECRant was trolled by someone who never even posts here. Here is Spurrier's full answer with the question, so it won't be taken out of context:

quote:

Q: I remember you saying after the first time you won 11 games with the Gamecocks that everyone will expect you to win 12 the next season. Did you have a feeling that success may breed some sort of complacency, or maybe some extremely heightened expectations?

A: Oh, certainly. I don't know who said this, but once a man's mind is stretched to new horizons it will never return to its original dimension. Something like that. A person's mind is stretched to winning 11 (games), you don't want to go back and say, "Hey, 7-6 is pretty good." We're not saying 7-6 is pretty good, but it wasn't terrible. It was a decent year. It wasn't a good year, but you're in the SEC, have a winning record and win the bowl game. People in Knoxville, they're still doing cartwheels because they were 7-6 and won the bowl game. People in Arkansas are doing cartwheels. They're 7-6 and won their bowl game.
