The best/worst buildings made me think of which campuses I had been to, plan to return to, and plan to travel to. And if you're interested on sharing your thoughts on them go ahead.

Been to:
LSU (many times)

Auburn (3x) always a great time no matter what. It's just a fun rivalry with just amount of hate but not one sided in terms of overall performances compared to LSU's rivalry with Alabama or Ole Miss.

Alabama (3x) always a blast because it's a big game. The quad was very fun except the year it rained and no one was out. The covers for some bars is ridiculous and made me never complain about a $10 cover at Tigerland ever again.

Georgia (1x and going for DSOR this fall) Was a good experience but we weren't on campus much except for right at game time so I didn't get to explore too much. Looking forward to more time this fall.

Texas A&M (1x) and by far the worst "SEC" experience I've had. It's a weird culture and the tailgating scene left a lot to be desired.

Florida (1x) fun experience but similar to UGA for me in that I didn't get a lot of time there. Incredibly hot for an October day game. Going back this fall because it's been about 6 years since I've been.

Want to visit:

Ole Miss is the biggest one on my list just because I enjoy the rivalry and I want to see it for myself and not just have to imagine what it's like based on hearsay and reputation whether it ends up living up to that or not.

Other than MSU:

Bama
LSU
UGA
UF
Ole Miss
Vandy

Plan on making the UT trip next time we play there. Hopefully it will be in October and not a September game. Wouldn't mind going to UK one year for a basketball game. Would also like to go to Arkansas but that weekend before Thanksgiving is just a bad time for me to make that trip for football. Maybe go for a baseball series one year.

Been to every SEC West school but LSU for a football game, but that will be rectified this year.

Also have been to Vandy for a conference.

Want to visit USC because I have a buddy there and also Georgia to see Athens.

Outside of LSU, I've been to Bama, UF, and A&M.

Bama - had a blast. Good people and tailgating. We were treated pretty good and just like at LSU, I saw lots of mixed tailgates.

UF - meh. Wasn't really impressed. Had some positive and negative experiences with the fans. Stadium is loud.

A&M - big campus. Gameday experience feels different from an SEC gameday. Not sure why, though. Maybe it was just very spread out? Fans are nice enough, a little odd. Had a few try to land some pot shots at LSU that were just dumb. Good BBQ to be sure lol.

I was on my way to LSU's campus, but I had to take cover from the gunfire in Baton Rogue. I can't imagine spending 4 years in a place like that.

Perfect example of why we can't have nice things on the SECR. Too many dipshits who only want to troll.

Been to Tuscaloosa and Br for games.

Bama was nice the strip was cool. Galettes was pretty cool right outside BDS on the strip. Gameday atmosphere was more of a strictly business vibe than a big party vibe compared to BR. On game days at LSU it’s like Mardi Gras and a state fair all wrapped into one. Probably one of a kind. That being said, T Town was alright. I’d go back.

My wish list is:
1.) Athens - id only want to go if LSU was playing which won’t happen for a very long time.
2.) Auburn - classic matchup, seems like a cool town and JHS is supposed to be the best atmosphere in the SEC these days.
3.) Fayetteville - mainly because the town itself seems very nice, the mountains are very pretty and the stadium looks nice. Maybe not the best atmosphere but the stadium seems very clean and well taken care of.
4.) Starkvegas - mainly because it’s the closest for a quick road trip. Seems like a very laidback and gameday you can do for not alot of cash like if you went to Tuscaloosa Auburn or Athens. State fans used to be tolerable but since that arse whipping they might have got a little arrogant.

Is saying Baton Rouge sucks really trolling. It is legitimately one of the worst cities of it’s size I’ve ever set foot in and easily the worst part about the LSU experience

His was at least germane to the thread. Yours was just a reactionary shot at BTR that had nothing to do with LSU or gameday.

Hence my point about would be decent threads being turned into shite shows by those who just can't help themselves.

Fine. LSU's campus was strange. I was shocked when I realized most don't even speak English. The hygiene of most of the tailgaters left a lot to be desired. For a state known for their food, I have to say most tasted subpar.

You’re just a puss. calm down and have a good time. 95% of visiting fans loved their experience at LSU and either would come back or actually do come back. Yeah there’s ghettos nearby but there’s ghettos all over the south dude get off your high horse. We have a good time down on the bayou with people from all over the SEC every year. Good food, good music and good drinks. It’s what we do.

It has nothing to do with a campus gameday experience, honestly.

Plus, if you're dumb enough to go where the shootings happen in BTR, then you aren't too bright truthfully.
