I have seen few college games in person. Top 5 would likely be, 2011 LSU, followed by the Sugar Bowls with ND and UF, and FSU, and tOSU.

Gotta be 2011 Alabama or LSU. Those were the two best teams I have ever seen.

For both threads my answer is the 08' Gators. That team was exhilarating to watch. With their speed, Tebow, and Meyer. Thats the best team I've ever seen.

The 1971 Nebraska team in the orange bowl for the Nat'l Championship against Alabama. They absolutely destroyed an undefeated Alabama team (38-6). I left the game, went back to my hotel and packed my bags.....and drove 13 hours back to Tuscaloosa that night. I was in shock.

Still the 95 Huskers. Went to the game in Lincoln and got to watch true freshman Ahman Green run around and over Mizzou. Watching Grant Wistrom and Mike Rucker play for those NU teams really sucked. Couple of instate kids that Larry Smith couldn't keep home that would have been difference makers for the program.

2008 Florida - this was w/o Percy Harvin, too. With him, pretty sure it is the best team I would have ever seen.
2011 Alabama
2011 LSU
2012 Alabama
2015 Ohio State - that team was clicking on all cylinders, had so many players
2004 Auburn - so many offensive players and so fast and violent on defense
2016 Alabama
2003 LSU - that defensive line, my gosh
2009 Alabama - one of the best "teams" I've ever seen, great mesh of older hungry guys and insanely talented younger players
2009 Florida
2016 Clemson - Deshaun Watson was the best individual performance I have ever seen in person vs Alabama, even better than Manziel in 2012
2012 Georgia
2003 Oklahoma
2010 Auburn - once in a generation type player in Cam and guys who refused to lose
All of those mid-late 90's Tennessee teams

1987 Miami Hurricanes
Came to War Memorial in Little Rock and beat the ever-living shite out of Arkansas. It was embarrassing. I was 12 years old and i'll never forget it.
Watched from the end zone when Steve Walsh faked a hand off and then hid the ball behind his back for a couple seconds. Fooled our entire defense...then proceeded to throw an 80 yrd TD to Michael Irvin. Jesus Christ they kicked our arse...
I remember watching a replay of the game later. A few of the defensive guys brought a checker board onto the sidelines and several players were playing checkers during the game. CBS camera crew stood over and filmed them playing. It was about 51-0 at that point. We scored a trash time TD late to make it 51-7 final.
Coaches on that Miami team:
Jimmy Johnson, HC
Dave Wannstedt, DC
Butch Davis, DL Coach
Dave Campo, D Backs
Players:
Steve Walsh, QB
Melvin Bratton, RB
Brian Blades, WR
Michael Irvin, WR
Randy Shannon, LB
Bennie Blades, FS
Bubba McDowell, CB
Daniel Stubbs, DE

That was in Miami on the National TV game in 88 on CBS last game of the year. It was not 80 either it was about 60 and was still bad. The 87 game was ESPN as Corso and Patrick did the game.
The team you are listing just came in and fleeced the Pigs by running all over the place. That was payback for Broyles lying to Jimmy about hiring him.

I made every OM home game in 2011 unfortunately. I did get to see some good teams that year.
I would have to say 2011 Alabama.
