Why did Nix only have 2 series? I don’t recall an injury. The only thing I could tell my wife was the NFL scouts knew what they had with Nix, maybe not sure about Rattler. Anyone with a better explanation?

That's very debatable about him being the best. Definitely Top Five between him, Shaw and Jeff Grantz, Tommy Suggs, Anthony (who had, by far, the longest NFL career but the shittiest turd coach in fat bradstard), and Steve Taneyhill.

Peenix wasn't good enough to play, was skeered to play, was influenced by his agent not to play.
So OP was 100% correct, in a man's world.
