The Stanford guy puts up a 21. Pretty pathetic.

Give the guy a break. He got ripped off on the Heisman in 2015 when Henry won it with a Bammer media campaign instead of actual stats.

24 isn't all that high. It only is when you compare it people barely literate.
How about compared to people who don't know how to write a coherent complete sentence?

He would have been fine at Bammer, but he pissed off Little Nicky. Hurt the midget's ego and you must go.
Leaving the cesspool where rules don't count allowed Kamara to mature into a real man and a good person. He could have stayed and become a typical Bammer shithead like Rueben Foster.

who?
You would not have heard of him.
Ole Miss is never seriously in the running to get that caliber of a player.

He quit.
He transferred.
He couldn't handle the competition.
He couldn't crack the lineup.
Too much talent in front of him.
End of story...next subject.

Went to UT and is now the smartest and best back in the 2017 draft.

You want a ban bet on who gets drafted first, him or LF7?...I didn't think so.

Its a crime that he rode the bench behind Jalen Hurd
Pass pro was the issue, imo. That and Jalen being such a goddamn Diva along with his parents interfering. Jalen bitching out cost us big time against SC but it was also the best thing that could've happened for our future. I just wish he'd punked out sooner.

Drafted first does not matter.
Who has the most productive NFL career matters.
Trent Richardson was the 3rd overall pick in 2012.
Tom Brady was a 6th round pick.

What a count! You want to talk about something that nobody can definitively answer (the future) instead of something that experts have studied and concluded.

Concluded that against good defenses LF7 sucks?
Concluded he is either self-centered or has no heart (refusing to play in the bowl game)?
EDIT: Forgot to say...concluded he probably can't spell cat?

Of course no one can predict the future but in fairness, I think Kamara is the type of RB that is everything certain teams want while being the opposite for others. That limits the teams willing to take him high despite his talent.
However, he fits the new hybrid-style RB to a tee. He can absolutely murder teams as a pass catcher -- his hands and route running are absurd and tbh, he should've been used even more there and will be in the pros as he's made for the slot despite being an RB, his burst (displayed by his ridiculous vertical) and a ridiculous broad jump (btw, his vertical and broad jumps beat out LF, Cook, and McCaffrey - our boy has initial burst to spare), and on it goes. He has a personality that teammates, coaches and fans fall in love with AND although it might not seem that way from looking at him he's a locker room leader who draws people to him.
Our OC, Debo, didn't really know how to use him. AK just isn't a traditional back despite doing a lot of traditional things and that and Pass Pro woes likely kept his name from being called as much as it should.
I still remember Debo trying to run AK as a goal line power back -- one of the few times he should've used Hurd -- and it just didn't work -- even though AK can run between the tackles a goal line situation is different. After that it's like Debo forgot about AK (my own opinion is that he was so old school he just didn't know what to do with him but the NFL will).

So we've got a ban bet...right?

we agree, Kamara far and away fit Jones's system better than Hurd.
I think Kelly will be better than both. We'll see.
Dammitt stop making me upvote you. This is twice in 2 days, a-hole.
In all seriousness, I think Kelly is the best PURE runner we've had in a long damn time. He's also beloved. The OL absolutely loves blocking for him and that matters tons. Also if CFA gets it figured out he will beast. He's too small to be an every down back but he's the fastest RB on the team and has talent to spare but putting it all together is a big *if*.
