Can Maryland compete with its divisional rivals of

Ohio State
Penn State
Michigan
Michigan State

they are looking at 5th place at best most years.

what is the draw about living near DC? High cost of living and high crime and politicians all over the place.

Actually, the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) is pretty awesome! I lived there for six years while in grad school and I had a blast.

So much to do there; I mean you literally have to find a reason not to be doing something.

. I am sure coaches and their family would like to take a weekend off to see the nation's capital.

That is why y'all suck. Don't y'all take football seriously?

You think Nick Saban takes a weekend to see the sights?

i think Maryland could be better job but they need to land a program changing coach. they need to go to a hurry up spread offense to lure good skill players.

they are not really competing that much with the SEC and Clemson and FSU for recruits so with right coach they could really recruit well in MD, VA, WV, PA, and northeast which doesn't have any dominant program with Penn State done and both Virginia schools struggling.

Somehow my iPhone autocorrected "posistion" into "pod isotope"

I noticed this as I was typing and retype position. Apparently I failed twice
