Kool-aid. Meth. Delusional. Forgot to take meds. Hit head in a car accident.

One of these is surely responsible for the OP.

Shawn Elliott and I are members of the same pool.

This is irrelevant, but he is a cool guy and said he was excited.

I like optimism as much as the next guy, but we're probably not going to win the East this year. And by probably, I mean we probably have a .0001% chance of winning the East.

I still stand by a 6-6 record. The 3-9 record made our season look much uglier than it really was. We had some really close (win-able) games last year. I think we can edge some of them out and come out with this record, and right now I would be totally fine with it.

QB play feels like it has a good chance of improving as long as Orth doesn't start. WR is a huge question mark and the running game has potential to be good with Williams and dual threat attacks in Brandon Mcilwain and Lorenzo Nunez. I still feel like we're going to continue to struggle on defense. Not much there, especially with Skai Moore being sidelined due to injury. Safeties will be one of our biggest problems along with the defensive line coming up with the stops necessary to win some of these games.

Until SCar's mathematically eliminated from the SEC East race they will be.
