South Bend and Red Stick

I had to go to Michigan once and the town I went to was just north of South Bend. A few notes about Meatchicken:
- the food was downright terrible. I mean damn. I didn’t know you could frick up bacon but those yanks did.
- the women were even worse
- the roads made downtown Birminghams look like were paved with silk and gold
Being a college footbawl fan I decided to drive through South Bend on the way back to Bham. The ND campus is nice. The golden dome is beautiful. Touchdown Jesus is amazing. And while the stadium was closed due to renovations, you could feel the presence of Rockne and Leahy and all the teams of yesterday.
But South Bend is a duuuuuump. Good gravy it was an eyesore.
Kinda like Baton Rogue. And while I haven’t spent hardly any time in Corndog City, I’d venture to guess the food is a whole lot better than up north. I bet the women are prettier too.
Only makes sense that LSU could pull a coach from a shithole up north to a slightly better location. Makes sense honestly.

Baton Rouge is the Paris of the South. It's way better than South Bend and whatever shithole you live in.
