This honestly is not that crazy of an opinion. I have followed LSU closely since 2001 (my dad is an alum), and I completely understand the frustration with Miles.

There's no frustration with Sumlin? 
after 59-0 and the Miss schools arse kicking I remember seeing plenty of disgruntled Aggies? John Chavis isn't gonna help you score 1 point on Bama, LSU still gonna have stud RBs running wild on that arse, and Kyle Allen still gonna throw picks against superior DB talen "no matter who's the DC"

LSU seems to have no problems finger blasting A&M yearly with piss poor offenses.

Seems to me that Sumlin is just covering his arse for 1 more year.
His inconsistent O this year was as much of a problem as the D. Oline can't block, running game was mediocre, QB mediocre, etc.
Sumlin is Chizik without a trophy!
