There's blame to go all around but you can't go purely off of stats for Murray. Murray leaves a lot to be desired in terms of intanglibles. If you'll notice he literally NEVER hits a WR in stride. Ever. Every guy is catching at his feet, changing direction, etc and that's why UGA under Murray has so many acrobatic catches. Look at AJ Greens film. Sure, Murray is a freshman then, but the reason AJ had so many circus catches his junior year wasn't cause he wanted to.
Murray struggles with accuracy, leadership, and consistency. Also, not many guys can get a delay of game running the hurry up, let alone several times. Probably on the coaches too. Also, Murray can't even throw screens. I don't get it.
Now I am just rambling but it's the little things that Murray does terrible. Obviously our OL is a lifetime movie protagonist but how many great QBs make due? Eric Zeier had a little league team blocking for him.
Finally it's just he ain't clutch. When Tajh or any other good Qb has the ball in a clutch situation, be it you need to come back, your tied, or just trying to keep the defense off the field you can count on these guys to make plays. Not always but most of the time. Outside the 2012 SECCG the same cannot be said about Murray. Toward the end of games many-a fans know we are hosed. He may scored TDs late when we are down by 2 scores and they run a prevent like 2011 USCe or 2013 Clemson.
You just kinda expect a lot out of a 5th year senior who's supposedly all sec and about to own all the SEC passing records. It feels very hollow.

Wallace had 31 completions.
Mett had 32 pass attempts.
Ole Miss had 206 rushing yards and Wallace accounted for nearly a quarter of it.
LSU had 197 yards rushing and Mett didn't have to account for a quarter of it (or any of it for that matter).
