As if Vandy's def is as good as tcu's def. tcu didn't play in the mwc last year. They had the #1 defense in the big 12.

I'm not arguing against TCU's defensive talent.
I'm mainly arguing against the notion that Vandy's secondary isn't talented and that TCU's overall defense is supposedly so much better.

Holy shite. Tcu didn't play in the MWC LAST YEAR. They had the #1 def in the BIG 12.

Excuse me i had my years mixed up. My overall point is still the same though. Vandy's defense was 5th in the SEC last year. Certainly not bottom tier.

That's because they played one of the easiest schedules in the SEC. They played ZERO of the top 3 west teams. They were trounced by UF and Georgia. They also lost big to Northwestern.

Yes, and the fact that in the past two years UL has won 2 bowl games and LSU has won ZERO.

The university of whatever state is always considered better than the state university which is why LSU tried to prevent the name change for so long. And you can't deny that UL stands for the University of Louisiana, it is a fact.
