So why is aTm not ranked? ??

I mean you can trick yourself into thinking they are world beaters... and that Milroe can't throw (although 81% in SEC games???????) and it doesn't matter that he hasn't thrown it 30 times a game. One thing about JM he's always one play from housing your arse regardless of any mistakes you think he'll make. He threw 3 tds last year in his 1st start, so he's definitely capable of throwing a damn football. I haven't been fond of what Rees has done with this offense but I believe he's getting a better understanding of what Saban wants and what JM excels at.
Aggies have seen nothing like Bama's OL or Rbs or defense... I don't see them scoring more than 17 and that's definitely not going to be enough.
I know some Bama fans want to overstate this game but Aggies are slightly above average and will return to their place beneath Bama on Saturday.

1) Voters don't believe Miami is that good and we lost badly to them
2) National narrative that the SEC is down
3) No respect for Arky & Auburn
4) Voters haven't seen the improvement in A&M's defensive front 7 since Miami
5) Lost starting QB
6) Don't like Jimbo's contract and will continue to vote it down

because we went 5-7 last year and when we were ranked 23 we lost to Miami on the road.... now the AP voters are in show me mode

Alabama should not waste time worrying about the Aggies. They need to be concerned about next week when they have to take on the powerful Razorbacks.
