3 weeks after the game? I doubt it.

yes, people still start threads about Ole Miss and Bama, and those games happened longer ago than 2 weeks

Ok, man. Think what you want. I don't even care enough to keep this debate going.

Sunshine pumpers vs. Negatigers is the greatest rivalry in sports. They play every week, even byes.

Here is the REAL honest answer to the OP:

1.Bama-because they have dethroned us on the field, have the most bottom-feeder sidewalk fan base in organized sports (Sorry Raiders) and are our target if we are ever to climb back up the hill. It's bitter and unhealthy at this point.

2. Ole Miss-Historical.It's deep.

3.Texas A&M-we just don't respect them. shite talkers with no back-up plan.

4.Auburn-Residual hatred from what was the best game in the conference when Tuberville was there. Shared hatred of Alabama evens things out a bit.

5. Florida-always a very good game, no real bad blood, game is always clean.

6. Arkansas- LSU views Arkansas as a gimmick hot/cold sneaky program, but perennially a C List afterthought. We chuckle that it's their Super Bowl.

7. MSU-LSU generally likes MSU because we share a hatred of Ole Miss. 99% of LSU fan base is pulling hard for them at this point.

8. Kentucky-was historical team we played every year in tough physical series, but alignment killed series.

Only the first five matter on an annual basis.

A&M is a more natural rival. We already have history with them, even before they joined the league. Ark will always be a trap game for us though. There is nothing that can motivate us to get up for them.

For some reason, Arky fans really get fired up for it. It's clearly one sided.

I'd accept Arkansas as a rival wish we could play early in the season though...

It must be Bama. They are the most upset about LSU winning last night.

Saban is Miles Daddy, maybe Vandy can be your rival.

Aggies were our traditional season opener for many years, the expansion of Kyle Field is a relatively recent happening and like Ole Miss, they would come to Baton Rouge every year for the money...

Cadets back in the all male days liked it as well as they could drink all they wanted because of the 18 year old drinking age...

We don't have a true rival since we don't have a competitive instate school to hate. But traditionally I think it would be something like this.
1 Ole Miss (for those over 50)
1A Tulane (for those over 70)
2 Bama
3 Auburn

4 Florida
5 Arkansas
6 atm
7 Miss State

8 GEorgia
9 Tennessee
10 South Carolina

11 Missouri, Kentucky, Vandy
