I still find it pretty amusing that Ole Miss fans bring up Cam or any other situation given you already got away with boosters adopting Micheal Oher and giving him things that would normally be considered illegal benefits. How Ole Miss got away with that situation is still a mystery to me.
Unlike Cam there is really no dispute over the Micheal Oher situation actually happening since a book and a movie both were made about the events that took place.

Big Mike was only 9 when he was adopted.
But you know how black guys can be, he told everyone he was 16 since he weighed 260.
And, he was recruited to his high school for basketball. Go figure. Lucky a girls basketball coach named Freeze took a liken to him.

It really is nothing short of a miracle Freeze is our coach right now. If the Tuoy's had never stopped and talk to him, Freeze is likely still coaching at Briarcrest.

The two issues are totally separate and the outcome of one really has nothing to do with the outcome of the other.
I see what you doing. I don't know because I wasn't there, but the burden of proof is not on me or on Tunsil. It's on Miller, who appears to be as smart as my shoe.

Except for that they'll both end well for Ole Miss and Tunsil not so much for Mr. Miller.

I have it on good authority, a copy of the TMZ receipt of sale for the pics has been sent to the NCAA. Proving Miller lied under oath. That means the NCAA can't punish us for anything based on the testimony of Miller alone, without getting sued themselves. Unless he has physical evidence, which he doesn't, because it would be out there by now.

Glad to clear that up now we can get back to underachieving as soon as possible

If the receipt really exists for the transactio (which I doubt) and the Tunsil's have it then the next court date should be a fun day

Agreed, and most knowledgable people understand this.
It's also silly to think that Miller, who appeared dumb as a rock in court, would all of a sudden appear knowledgeable and thought-out to the NCAA.

The NCAA can do as it pleases. See UA and the Means case.
Ps before someone jumps up and says Bama is guilty.yes we were but we were not alone. And had it gone to court we would have beaten the rap with good lawyers. You cain't beat the NCAA(under their rules) if they are after you.

LOL!!!! It doesn't mean anything like that! I think OM is clear. But all this relating the court to the NCAA investigation makes y'all look idiotic and dense. Almost as dumb as you say Miller is. And much dumber people have been key in NCAA investigations. They are almost always dumb asses. it doesn't matter. I believe OM is clear because they've already been investigated for Tunsils recruitment. Thats not going to be an issue. The only thing left is the agent deal. And that's soooooooooooo minor even if they find improprieties. Probably not even serious enough for suspension. But it's also obvious Tunsil lied in court about that. I'm sure Miller knew who the agents were and who the "buddies" were. The entire group are liars and POS's. I'm sure Miller is. But up until this, he was just one of the family. That says a lot. If the NCAA wants to look good and powerful they can easily rule the agent thing as a violation. But it would be token shite. He'd have to pay gas money or something. But all they need to have is there to rule that way. Or they can rule in favor of Tunsil. It really just depends on their attitude.

quote:Steve Farese is well known for being a tough interrogator. The pattern he established in the restraining order hearing is irrelevant to the NCAA (except possibly the mention of the meal at San Antonio). The NCAA might have a totally different attitude and approach with dealing with Miller and it might be nothing like the "hostile" approach Farese probably took. However, if Miller proves to be anything but consistent and reliable as a witness to the NCAA, they may pass on all of this just because they don't like to lose. Too early to know how this thing plays out. However, it hasn't fizzled out as miss dixie chick implied.

Not that it really matters, but this is completely inaccurate. He was well into his teens, already enrolled in high school

If you were paying attention, Farese linked said meal to his habit of violence as a result of feeling that he deserved benefits. Farese also illustrated his money seeking behavior and pretty much outright fraud in seeking full disability.

Assuming he and the mother share a bank account that shouldn't be hard to prove. Assuming he already cashed and spent said money....
