Honest question, how does UGA qualify all of these guys that eventually bleed out?

UGA goes by the SEC standards with athletes, not their own. Same as every public school. They go by their conference standards.

That's not necessarily true. Jamar Chaney for example.

You're right that discrepancies are pretty rare though.

ETA: nationally, that's definitely not true. A place like UVA will have higher standards than a place like FSU.

You guys must be disappointed by now.
The Tunsil story fizzled faster than a defective firecracker!

When will you learn?

That absolutely doesn't mean it's over, anything that goes on for more than a few days has to "fizzle".

Not over sweetheart. But Miller making himself look like a moron in court certainly helps.

How so? I am sure the NCAA "cares" about domestic violence but aren't they more concerned with things that concern them; i.e., NCAA violations? Does sweetheart know how Miller pooped in his nest when he met with the NCAA in Memphis?

That isn't true. They use the ACC standards just as FSU does.

If Miller was a dumbass hack to the court, one could deduce that he would be a dumbass hack to the NCAA.

He doesn't seem like the brightest bulb out there, and not the kind of mastermind that would be stockpiling receipts and evidence for a case

Because he was clearly lying his arse off in court which means he probably lied to the NCAA. And someone as stupid as he is probably doesn't have any real evidence that could hurt us.

So, now Miller has been charged with perjury?

We need TA to sort this out. He is the attorney that knows the difference in due process and whatever the hell the NCAA does.

Tunsil's entire defense was based on establishing Miller as a vengeful liar and scam artist. Farese pretty much stomped on his credibility. If the NCAA pursues action with Miller as their main source of evidence you're going to see Farese's case over and over again.

I see what you doing. I don't know because I wasn't there, but the burden of proof is not on me or on Tunsil. It's on Miller, who appears to be as smart as my shoe.
