This is kinda funny to watch, seeing as how two of the better posters from each fan base got into it starting the whole thing.

Eh, a ton of oldies use it to sound "young" again. You'd be surprised at how many "Lol"'s I get in work emails.

The problem for OM imo is how long any investigation could take. If his stepdad tells the NCAA that Tunsil got money, they'll take months investigating and likely leave OM in limbo on whether to play him or not well into the season.

There won't be any limbo. It's play him or sit him and potentially miss getting to a bowl game anyway. He's too big of a factor, he will play if at all possible.

That's probably the best point made in this entire thread.

That could be true if they're looking for agent benefits. Those are more recent

The NCAA has already extensively reviewed him for recruiting violations. Our whole '13 class was closely scrutinized. While it's possible something could be found, odds are more likely that if it hasn't been uncovered yet, it's not likely to be found now

Riley Blevins on the case. Going to get them the death penalty.

The difference is that now the NCAA potentially has a motivated witness against one of the recruits in question. They haven't had that before.

I haven't kept up with this, but didn't his stepdad also mention agent benefits?
