Shut your damn mouth, LSU did everything in its power to help USC. I went to the game and it was awesome what LSU did with the stadium, every USC fan I encountered had a great time and loved it.

LSU can bitch and point the finger but the reality of the situation was a dangerous and unpredictable storm was bearing down on a part of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas that was as bad or worse than any they had ever experienced.

Which is why LSU proposed playing the game on Monday - THEREBY GAINING MORE TIME TO MAKE THE DECISION ON WHETHER OR NOT TO CANCEL.

Why are you ignoring all the efforts LSU made to have the game played in GAINESVILLE on Sunday or Monday?

How quickly LSU forgets how disruptive Katrina was.

Is this some kind of weird joke?

We REMEMBER, that's when LSU agreed to move a game from Baton Rouge to the scheduled opponents home field, Tempe, Arizona - just like LSU proposed to Florida.

The thing is, we also remember how disruptive Rita was as well, forcing LSU to move a game with Tennessee to Monday night - just like LSU proposed to Florida.

LSU went low and whined about everything

LSU wasn't the ones crying about how this game MUST be played - that would be everyone ELSE.

He's just mad that Spurrier went 0-for against Les Miles. The last game was such a beat down, the old codger quit in the middle of the season. Now they're stuck with Boom.

Uga/Sc was moved to the following day, not that big of a change!

Agreed, and had UF not had a bitch fit of epic proportions, LSU-UF could have been played on Sunday in Gainesville, too. The only problem was UF was still riddled with injuries, hence the reason they declined all offers to play that weekend and Monday.

Well you can have my address to come see me, but you're an LSU fan, so you'd bitch out and ask if I could come your way.

But for me it is a anytime, anyplace, you say the place and I'll crush your fricking jaw bitchboy. I would fricking love the chance. You don't know who you're fricking with, when it comes to me.

LSU fans somehow feel justified in this move

LSU fans don't feel justified, we feel screwed over because LSU presented a number of options to play the game last weekend on Sat, Sun or Mon including options to keep the game in Gainesville but were stonewalled by Foley and UF.

Without the schedule alterations:
2016 - South Alabama at LSU
2017 - Florda at LSU

With schedule alteration:
2016 - Florida @ LSU
2017 - LSU @ Florida

We still lose a home game, just pushed back to losing it next year instead of this year. Plus look at our schedule to end the season this year now: vs Alabama, at Arkansas, vs Florida, at Texas A&M (Thurs). LSU didn't want to have to play 3 consecutive SEC road games within a 12 day window, with the last game being A&M on a short week for Thanksgiving night game.

LSU fans feel hosed by this whole situation because it was avoidable. UGA and USC still played their game on Sunday, despite that the hurricane was out of the Gainesville area a whole day earlier than it impacted South Carolina.

PSA to the rest of the SEC...have a contingency plan in place when Sunday's weather forecast shows your school's ability to host a game 6 days later could be impacted by a hurricane.
