Does it make you more impressed with Saban? He went up against Cam and Manziel and didn't really like the way the game was going (cause he's a defensive kinda guy). So he tried to change it, that didn't really work....

So apparently he said frick it, got Kiffin, recruited some talent.... and said frick you, I'll do it better than you did.

I don't think Bama is really doing it better when it comes to offense. Yall just have an amazing defense like always. It was kinda embarrassing as an LSU fan watching the game last week. We had so many opportunities on your side of the field to take a lead and win but your Defensive line just shut us down when it needed to. Your offense was the least of my worries watching the game.

No. he complained about the same offense he currently runs. Complained about player safety and now putting his own players at risk.

Well, I meant the whole game in general... he recruited and built a faster defense to stop the hurry up/no huddle spread type offense (that could also stop the run)..... along with recruiting and building an offense that gave him fits as a defensive guy.

Itll be next year before you see it imo. Hurts is really slowing down the offense at times.

More impressive is that he can break out the big uns for the run stopper. He has the tools to beat anyone on the schedule. The SEC is his superbowl.

For a true freshman, he absolutely is impressive. The adjustment in offensive philosophy is impressive as well. Just the way it is.

Oh. Well you didn't mention any of that in the OP. You only mentioned Hurts, Saban changing the offense and hiring Kiffin, etc. I'll stand by my statement and say your offense isn't amazing. Alabama is the same as they always are honestly. A good team running the football with an exceptional defense. There's no doubt that the Defense is faster than it normally is but somehow they didn't lose the ability to completely shut down the run. That might be a testament to Alabamas Strength and conditioning staff. Your Defense is always very strong in the front 7 and tackles well in space. For some reason LSU didn't try to string together a short passing game with slants/screens etc. That is the only way I see someone beating Bama. It just sucked as an LSU fan watching the game because our Defenses played at the same level for the most part. Our offense was just predictable once again. I don't think Alabama will face another team that will hold then scoreless for more than 3 quarters so they'll probably go undefeated.

Don't run the same offense as an Ole Miss or Auburn where it's about snapping the ball quick as they can. Very rarely do we do that.......we run No Huddle, not a HUNH. Limits the other teams ability to substitute freely, which the rules haven't changed, so Saban said he'll So as others do.

Hurts misses Ridley or Stewart running free 2-3 times a game and turns it over a bunch. I'm not complaining, winning is the goal. If LSU had scored more points I'm sure Bama would have as well.

Nothing impresses me anymore with Saban. He is GOAT

But offensively, you could hire Radio and he could make the offense work with all those 5 stars

Bama was clearly the better team, outgained and outplayed LSU.
LSU is a good team Alabama is just better.

Just imagine when he gets more experience and a full off-season taking first team reps to work out the timing, open the full playbook, and wrecks the league.

He's already staring all conference 1st team in the face as a true Freshman and has Bama as the best O in the conference.

Think he gets the call to audible from run to pass in season 2?

But if your offense was even half of this you guys would be sucking short straws saying how great it is.

I just pray for the safety of the Alabama players. How could he put them in such a dangerous situation?
