Look, it's nothing personal.

Bottom line is this...

If Missouri wins, it's something you'll talk about until the day you die. You'll tell your grandchildren how this was the greatest day of your life. You'll be buried with your 2023 Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic swag. It means everything to you.

If we win, this is a game I'll have to look up who we even played two or three years from now when we're competing for yet another national championship.

I don't say that to be mean or arrogant. That's just reality.

For us, it's an exhibition to see what we have for next year. For you, it's the opportunity for one of the biggest wins in program history.

It's also an opportunity for the rest of the country to watch Mizzou drag our nuts all over the bucknuts.

The Bowls started out as exibition games, and have devolved back into exibition games, and it wasn't much of a devolution.

The whole stupid, rotten, corrupt system should have died when overnight rail transport became reliable, and now, 100 years too late, I will enjoy it's death throes.

Yeah, maybe.

We could show up with our bottom 22 and still put more talent on the field, so should still be a good game.

Nope you will get the Texas vs Georgia game in 2019. Georgia said we didn't care and didn't want to be there is why Texas won.

Nah, your cute little game with Michigan where whoever wins gets in…yeah that’s going to be over now with your conference expansion.

Oregon, Washington, USC and UCLA - while not necessarily world beaters, won’t allow you to just game plan beating Michigan anymore (not that you are even doing that).

Spoiler alert...we're better than all of those teams, too.

Wait until you find out that we can drop 2-3 games and still get in.

Success has its privileges.

Calm down, sport. It's all in good fun.

By the way, you're doing a great job of proving me wrong about how seriously you take this.

Maybe, but we have media in CoMo and we have NFL quality players on our team as well, and they are ALL playing. Bucknuts seem to be going the opposite direction in regards to this game.
