I'm sure Speedy really appreciates your having his back by starting all this up again. You are a true friend of his. I am sure Coach Sumlin will thank you as well as all the rational a & m fans. Good job.

Some of you are such pussies. In the old days he would have been arrested within a week of signing with A&M just for the frick of it convicted and spent 10 years in jail just to prove a point. Judge Perez filled the prisons with people he didn't like. Even in the late 80 and 90's there were players on the team that had two choices play for lSU or go to jail. Bama did the same damn thing

None of that is shocking Roger. If a high school player that is highly rated goes out of state they make all kinds of threats and tell the poor kid he better never try to get a job in Louisiana blah, blah blah.
It was only a matter of time that some idiot tried to get one of these kids.

The funniest thing about this thread is the number of LSU fans chiming in with "it wasn't US, shut up, it's no big deal" when everybody here already read multiple LSU fan posts hoping above hope that Speedy was going to prison.
