What are you so rustled about? LSU is ranked 2 spots above Bama. Whether or not Bama should be above the likes of MSU is another story.
The answer is no, they shouldn't be, btw.

Every other sport has champions with multiple losses. In college football, a team 1-2 losses can be better than an undefeated team.

All other sports have a much more transparent and consistent way to determine the season. I'd like to see come consistency. We should have known it was going to be Obama administration shady when they just arbitrarily dropped TCU last year for winning.

On an individual team level, it's easy enough to say "just win." But as a whole, I'm still skeptical of the 100% reliance on 12 people who have no parameters or even accountability to a reasonable degree.

Actually the last people that should complain about Bama being that high are LSU fans. If Bama wins a close game saturday, LSU's has a "real good" L and may still be in play for a top 4 later in the season.

That's true. However, LSU won the western division that year and the SEC championship. Going into the bowl season, Ohio State was the only team that didn't have 2 or more losses that year.

Somebody with 2 losses was going to play in that years BCS title game. Just happened to be LSU.

Just pointing out the facts

Florida vs Bama: each have played Tenn, UGA & Ole Miss.

Bama is 2-1 w/ combined score of 94-67.

Florida is 3-0 w/ combined score of 93-40.

I think thats his point? Only Bama (and some similar schools like tOSU) get the benefit of the doubt. TBH, its inconceivable for Bama to be rated in the play off prior to the LSU game. They lost to Ole Miss ffs...

Damm.. Leaving the stupidity of this board for a moment.... No reason for Bama to be ahead of UF
