If u play a really tough schedule and have really talented players and a big time coach and a brand name school you can be in the top 4. As long as u win 'several ' or 'large majority ' of your games of course. Cool! You can even lose at home and give up damn near 50 points! Records of other schools , even if undefeated , irrelevant . Cool again! SMH

Every other sport has champions with multiple losses. In college football, a team 1-2 losses can be better than an undefeated team.

Not true. When you lose on Saturday, you better damn well believe it is going to count.

Also, why the frick does it matter? If you don't think they should be there, then LSU should win handily this weekend and knock them out of the top 4 for good.

Quit being a bitch.

There isn't another sport on earth with such a schedule disparity that you see in college football. It's why a playoff was necessary and why we'll eventually move to 8

You going to the game chicken?

I don't remember LSU fans complaining that losses matter in 07.
