So How Is USCe Not The Little Bro of Clemson?

As an Aggie I would like to think I am a pro at little bro-ness. But something I can't figure out is where is the line when a little bro becomes a big bro? Does it exist?
Clemson and USC are a clear example. When I was born Clemson EASILY was the big bro. Easy. They had a recent national title, national respect, and USC was dogshit. But since then the SEC has lifted USC to the point where it might not SEEM like a little bro. Until you look at the numbers:

Almost twice the football contributions. That seems very little bro to me. Aren't they?

We don't act little bro though.
They have a coach who whines about our coach
They put up a countdown clock to our game in February after we beat them for the 5th time in a row
They vandalize our field and tailgating areas
Their perception is to be better than South Carolina, not win their division or compete for a title.
Besides FSU, we are their only other entertaining game. The entire ACC is weaker than the SEC East minus FSU.
They have a coach who whines about our coach

Texas has a coach who wants to go around his boss and play us, Texas mentions us in their fight song, Texas has fans who hate us more than they like Texas, etc. and yet NO ONE really thinks that we aren't Texas's little bro.
Fans are fans, and coaches are hired guns. All of that is temporary.
All time records, decade old nicknames, those are the things that stand the test of time. And on those metrics USC is the little bro.
It doesn't really matter, it doesn't change who wins or loses next year.
I just noticed that some USC fans have an INCREDIBLY inflated opinion of their program that can make an Aggie (a frickING AGGIE!) blush, and so I wanted to examine the psychology of it a little more. The little broness is a part of that for sure.

I know it is a shock to the SEC Rant, but we actually know we traditionally suck and accept it...unlike other fanbases here.
