In all fairness the defense was much improved. The offense still had inconsistencies and breakdowns in key areas.

Don't y'all lose a lot of talent on defense this yr? I realize you've recruited well but I haven't seen a lot of rotation on defense.

Why would we not want our coach to say he thinks we will be improved next year? Isn't that part of his job?
Would you want a coach that says we will be worse next year?

We lose Adams and most likely Lawson. Also, Holsey and Ford.

Their defense will continue to get worse as long as Steele is their. The D got worse as the season went on. The last two games were their worst of the season.
The players are starting to forgot all the good things Muschamp taught them and are doing the dumb arse things Steele tells them.
