I am sure they had a plan, but I think it was poorly executed from the end to last year, didn't pull the trigger, I guess Jimbo backed out. To this year, Herman got offered a better job. Now they just go with O because the elite coaches seem to be shying away from coaching in the same division as Saban. I guess their is to save a bunch of money with O, and then have a nice chunk to offer a great coach when Saban finally retires. If that is the plan, then it is a good one.

LSU's AD is a complete incompetent moron. Very depressing to see such an idiot ruin a strong and proud program. If that wasn't enough he is also arrogant. Holy shite.
