I'm not saying you guys shouldn't get rid of Dooley - you just would have been far better off to stick with Phil for one other year for more coaching jobs to open up.

He would have been fine with a good offensive coordinator hire and he would still have Chavis. That really isn't better off than where you are right now?

Dooley needs one more year to make sure the vols are as low as they can get. I treasure seeing ut down and out. It is beautiful.

Really? All the other athletic director's he has begged for a job would disagree.
