There is a lot we don’t know:

1. All of the other texts and calls made before and after the murder
2. Exactly where Miller was coming from when he delivered the gun
3. Why Miles needed a ride from Miller so badly when Bradley and his girlfriend were both there
4. Where did each person go immediately after the shooting and who drove whom where
5. Did they talk to each other about how they were going to handle it and try to avoid getting caught?
6. Who hid the gun in Quinnerly’s room?
7. Did Miller or Bradley call police to report the shooting? Why or why not?

I'm condemning Miller on what I currently know, but there's still a lot that we don't know.

Here's what we know so far.

1. Miles has a verbal altercation with the victim’s boyfriend.
2. He texted Miller to bring his joint b/c a n-word was fakin
3. Shortly after that text was sent, Miller arrives with a gun in the back seat of his car.
4. With Miller in the car, Miles and Davis go into the back seat and discuss the location of the gun and that there is a bullet in the chamber
5. Seconds later Davis exits Miller’s car and shoots at least 8 rounds killing Harris.
6. Miller’s windshield is hit with two rounds from either Davis or return fire from the boyfriend.
7. Miller fled the scene.

Either that or he drives a car with 485Hp and was hauling arse after he got the text. BTW this could all,be determined by the GPS locator in the car or his phone. Yet his attorney didn’t cite any of that data as exculpatory evidence in his statement. We also don’t know where the hell he was coming from. Was he in Cottondale 20 mins away or was he just around the corner?

If he read the message on his way to the scene, he could have said to himself “nah, I’m not bringing your gun to a place where I have reason to believe it could be used in a stupid altercation” and turned around or pulled over and called Miles to get more info on what exactly was happening before bringing the gun.

If Miller never knew about the gun why didn’t he just tell Miles to call an Uber

Why is there no text from Miller saying what gun, where is it? Also Miles knew it was enough to say bring me my gun, not hey it’s by my bed or under a mattress. Miles knew Miller was aware of the location of the gun when he sent the text.

Or, and I know this is going to be hard for you to comprehend, if both parties involved hadn't resorted to vulgarity and violence she'd still be alive.

But let's not that allow that simple fact to be entered into evidence.

Well, whatever happened up until Miller got, there didn’t involve a shooting. They had words and the boyfriend had a gun but didn’t use it or brandish it. What violence was resorted to before Brandon Miller showed up? ….

If every single aspect of this case were the same aside from the victim being an alabama player and the suspect being an aquaintance of an auburn football player, the auburn football player being the one that provided the gun. You truly think youd feel the same?
