Nothing to do with it the football players are the ones perpetrating the act numb nuts. The coach let Guise get away with it with zero penalty. How obtuse can you be?

The players involved haven't been on the team in years in most of these cases.

What should the coach have done? Tell me.

In fairness I will wait until William Taylor reports the facts.

Removed him from the team or sat him until a thorough investigation could be done. DT at Alabama was accused of DV. He was immediately kicked off the team. His girlfriend recanted her story. Didn’t matter he was gone. This was a few years ago and I cant recall his name but he was a transfer player.

1. O wasn't the head coach when the incidents happened.

2. You can't just kick people off the team if someone accuses them of something, it sets a bad precedent.

Much different circumstances. That player had already been kicked off of Georgia for domestic violence issues.

It was Jonathan Taylor, and if I recall it wasn't just that she recanted her story. He was able to prove that she lied because he had some sort of receipt or something showing that he was miles away from her apartment when she called the cops on him. I think she even ended up being arrested for falsely reporting a crime after his charges were dropped. Saban kicked him off the team before any of that even came out because this was the same girl he had gotten kicked out of UGA for beating up and one of the stipulations for him being able to come to Alabama was that he had to stay the frick away from her. Instead she moves to Tuscaloosa and they resume their relationship.

Ole Miss got LOIC, and still had a toothless penalty. The worst part of their penalty was self-imposed (Matt Luke).

Death Penalty will never be used again.

Are we about to see a death penalty scenario?

I don't think the NCAA enforces Title IX. So no.
